YAVEON has expanded to the US with a new location in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to help grow our partner channel.

These could be your tasks:


  • Partner Acquisition & Management: Recruit new and re-engage existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners in the US and Canada while maintaining partner profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Grow your partner account base through pro-active engagement in targeted channels.
  • Sales & Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a partner-driven pipeline through proactive outreach and support partners with quotes, presentations, and order fulfillment.
  • Partner Training & Enablement: Lead partner product education efforts for pre-sales, implementation and readiness efforts together with our Product Success Managers
  • Marketing & Co-Marketing Initiatives: Drive partner marketing efforts, including webinars, campaigns, trade shows, and co-marketing opportunities together with our Marketing Success Managers.
  • Business Reviews & Reporting: Conduct regular business reviews with partners, provide structured reporting on partner activities, and share market insights and feedback regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and insides.
  • Partner Support & Collaboration: Act as the overall liaison between YAVEON and partners, manage partner inquiries, and strengthen relationships to drive revenue growth.

What you bring to the table:

  • You will fit in with us if you are passionate about sales, -partner enablement and want to make a difference as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and/or medical device manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Experience with sales, partner management and/or the North American Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner Channel
  • You live in the Charlotte, NC metro region.
