**Job Description:**

As an Experienced Sales Representative at Yay Local, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing long-term relationships with our clients. You will utilize your sales expertise to identify and engage potential clients, present our services, and close deals that align with our mission of supporting local businesses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct in-depth presentations that articulate the advantages and benefits of our services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

- Track sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system.

- Assist with customer onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and the local business landscape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
