What we are looking for :
Yazaki is looking for a motivated Co-op join our Legal team in Canton, Michigan. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, results-oriented environment and is eager to make meaningful contributions to the organization.
What you will be doing :
- Project Work : due diligence for a potential dispute, review documents and extract arguments; review policies and procedures to correct inconsistencies.
- Success Metrics : successfully finish the due diligence, submit conclusions and findings from the due diligence; complete the review of policies and procedures, and revise the policies and procedures as proper and necessary.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the legal team. Corporate counsels will explain the work requirements and provide assistance and mentorship.
