What You Will Be Doing
- Review invoices for continued accuracy
- Coordinate invoice authorization with department that initiated purchase
- Maintain relations with vendors in a non-buying situation through communication with management and personnel (other than those in buying organization)
- Investigate and resolve price/quantity discrepancies through work with Yazaki buyers, warehouse personnel, vendor account representatives, and Accounts Receivable personnel
- Education: Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution during the internship period
- Relevant Background: Degree/experience related to the position (e.g., Finance)
- Academic Standing: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Commitment : Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May 12, 2025, and August 15, 2025
