The Position
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can develop high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads. You’ll oversee content creation, distribution, and performance tracking while ensuring messaging aligns with our target users.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a content marketing strategy that supports business goals and audience needs.
- Create, edit, and manage various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, case studies and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and customer success.
- Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, ensuring best practices in keyword strategy, internal linking, and metadata.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across channels.
- Oversee content distribution across multiple platforms, including the company website.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy based on insights.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven content.
- Experience with SEO best practices, content analytics, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus.
- Experience using YCharts is a big advantage.
