Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience, whether in a casual restaurant or bar environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Process orders efficiently using Talech POS, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events or banquets as needed, showcasing bartending skills in a high-volume setting.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food service operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience with Talech POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.35 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 28 per week
