Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently. A passion for the food industry and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Bus tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or modifications.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices throughout the service process.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is an advantage.
- Experience with Talech POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable but not required.
- Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 5:30 - 10:30AM.

Pay: $10.35 - $12.00 per hour
