Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Process sales orders and related business documents using ERP software
- Address customer inquiries, resolve order changes, and ensure high service standards
- Maintain accurate customer records and generate routine reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet delivery commitments
- Support sales and marketing efforts through collaboration and market awareness
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of sales or 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and office software
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience in PVF or related industries
- 5 years of customer service experience
