At Year Up United, we believe in the potential of young adults to succeed in their careers. That's why we offer a one-year or less intensive job training program that provides technical and professional training, internship opportunities, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
Our program combines classroom instruction with real-world experience through internships and job placement support. Participants gain skills in banking and customer success, as well as professional business and communication skills. They also receive an educational stipend during the internship phase, earning $525 per week.
