About the Program
Year Up United is a one-year intensive job training program designed for young adults to develop in-classroom skills, gain access to internships and job placement services, and receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. Our participants have secured internships at top organizations such as Fannie Mae, Merck, Okta, and Salesforce in the National Capital Region area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18-29 years old
- Education: High school graduate or GED recipient
- Work Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability: Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Degree: Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree

During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. Our in-depth classes cover essential topics such as Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Project Management Support, Banking & Customer Success, and Business Fundamentals.
Success Metrics
75% of our graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates start with an average annual salary of $53,000.
