Launch Your Career with Intensive Job Training and Mentorship
Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also receive an educational stipend.
The program combines technical and professional training with internship opportunities at leading organizations in the Miami area through our talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. Potential host companies include Bank of America, American Express, and JPMorgan Chase.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
During the program, you'll gain:

Interns earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase.
In-depth classes cover topics such as banking and more. Upon graduation, 75% of Year Up United graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months, earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
