About Year Up United
Year Up United is a one-year intensive job training program for young adults, offering in-classroom skill development, internship and job placement services, and personalized coaching.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement.
We partner with leading organizations in the New York | New Jersey area, including BNY Mellon, Fidelity, and Bank of America.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18-29 years old
- Education: High school graduate or GED recipient
- Work eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability: Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Education level: Not holding a Bachelor's degree
