Eligibility Requirements
- Age: 18-29 years old
- Education: High school graduate or GED recipient
- Work eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability: Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Degree: Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree

During the internship phase, you'll earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. In-depth classes include banking and other relevant topics. Upon graduation, 75% of our students are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
