Year Up United Job Training Program
We offer a one-year or less intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
Participants also receive an educational stipend during the internship phase.
About Our Program
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. Internship opportunities are available at leading organizations such as Fannie Mae, Merck, Okta, and Salesforce in the National Capital Region area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18-29 years old
- Education: High school graduate or GED recipient
- Work eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability: Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Education level: Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
