The program combines in-depth classroom instruction with hands-on experience through internships and job placement services. Additionally, they receive personalized coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must be between 18-29 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in the U.S., and have a strong motivation to learn and grow. They must also commit to attending classes Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program.
During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week, providing them with financial stability while they gain valuable work experience. Upon completion of the program, graduates are well-equipped to enter the workforce or pursue further education, with 75% finding employment or enrolling in postsecondary education within four months.
