**Year Up United Program Overview**
Our one-year or less, intensive job training program provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
We combine technical and professional training with industry connections through YUPRO Placement. Our students have secured internships at top organizations in the Detroit area, including Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
To be eligible for our program, you must:
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Show a strong motivation to learn technical and professional skills
- Not hold a Bachelor's degree

During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. Our program covers in-depth classes on banking, among other topics.
