**Year Up United Program Overview**
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. This may include internships at prominent organizations such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase in the Detroit area.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be between 18-29 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
Upon completion, participants gain:

- Ongoing support and guidance to launch their career
During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. In-depth classes cover topics including Banking & Customer Success.
With the skills and opportunities provided, graduates can successfully launch their professional careers. Notably, 75% of Year Up United graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
