**Year Up United Program Overview**
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. This may include internships at prominent organizations such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase in the Detroit area.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be between 18-29 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
Upon completion, participants gain:

During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. In-depth classes cover topics including Banking & Customer Success.
