Financial Services Training and Development Program

Year Up United is a dynamic training program designed to equip young adults with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the financial services industry. Through a combination of classroom instruction, internships, and personalized coaching, participants gain hands-on experience and develop professional business and communication skills.

The program's curriculum is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in key areas such as cyber security, data analytics, helpdesk/desktop support, project management, banking and customer success, and business fundamentals. Participants also receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase, allowing them to focus on their studies without financial stress.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet specific criteria, including being 18-29 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and being eligible to work in the U.S. Once accepted, participants will embark on a journey of professional growth and development, gaining valuable skills and experiences that will set them up for success in the industry.
