**About Us**
Year Up United is a one-year intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
We offer an educational stipend to our participants, making it possible for them to focus on their career goals. Our program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement.
Our participants have the opportunity to gain experience at leading organizations in the Jacksonville area, such as Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Merck.
**What You Will Gain**
You will develop professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career.
During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. We also offer in-depth classes that cover Business Fundamentals and Banking & Customer Success.
