A One-Year Intensive Job Training Program
At Year Up United, we provide young adults with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in their careers. Our one-year or less, intensive job training program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support.
Program Components:
- In-Classroom Skill Development: We offer a range of courses that equip you with the technical and professional skills required for success in the industry.
- Internship Opportunities: You will gain hands-on experience through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement, partnering with leading organizations such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
- Personalized Coaching and Mentorship: Our expert coaches and mentors will guide you throughout your journey, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Educational Stipend: During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED Recipient: You must have completed high school or obtained a GED certificate.
- Eligible to Work in the U.S.: You must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability: You must be available to participate in the program Monday-Friday throughout the duration.
- Motivation: You must be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
- No Bachelor's Degree: You may not hold a Bachelor's degree.
Career Outcomes:
- Employment Rate: 75% of our graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation.
