We are a one-year intensive job training program designed to equip young adults with the skills and knowledge needed to launch successful careers.
Program Structure
Our program consists of in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. This comprehensive approach helps participants build a strong foundation for their future careers.
Educational Stipend
During the internship phase, participants receive an educational stipend of $525 per week. This financial support allows individuals to focus on their studies and gain valuable work experience without worrying about living expenses.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: 18-29 years old
- Education: High school graduate or GED recipient
- Citizenship: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability: Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Degree: Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
