During the internship phase, participants earn a stipend of $525 per week while learning essential skills in topics like Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Project Management Support, Banking & Customer Success, and Business Fundamentals.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• Age: 18-29 years old
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Work Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability: Monday-Friday throughout the program
• Motivation: Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Education Level: No Bachelor's degree
