We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience writing accurate and detailed estimates from start to finish, along with a proven track record in automotive service sales , we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a top-notch service experience.
- Write comprehensive repair estimates from start to finish including explaining necessary repairs and services and ordering parts.
- Sell recommended services based on vehicle needs and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Communicate with customers about repair progress and status updates.
- Maintain detailed records of service transactions, and customer interactions.
- Contribute to the success of the team by meeting sales and customer service goals.
