About us :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our full-service auto repair shop. As an ASE Blue Seal Certified shop, we uphold the highest industry standards and are looking for an experienced technician who shares our commitment to excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle brands and models, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and battery replacements.
Diagnose a variety of mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components.
Ensure repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Provide clear and accurate explanations to customers regarding the repairs and maintenance needed for their vehicles.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations within the shop.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications :

Ability to reliably work Monday - Thursday, 7 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm .

Minimum two years as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic in a professional shop.

Current ASE Certification or ability to complete the exams promptly is required.

NC State Inspection License or the ability to obtain a license is required.

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Valid NC drivers license with no restrictions.
