Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate repair orders efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs, addressing customer questions with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion of repairs.
• Generate and review repair estimates, ensuring transparency and alignment with customer expectations.
• Monitor workflow and follow up with customers to provide updates on service progress.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and industry knowledge.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.

Qualifications:

• Experience: As a senior level position, we require a minimum of 5 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with automotive software (e.g., Tekmetric, Steer, Mitchell 1, or similar).
• Knowledge: Extensive understanding of automotive systems, services, and repair processes.
• Customer Service: A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members.
