Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching and love working with children and adults in a water environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• 
  Must be eligible to work in the US

• 
  Swimming experience preferred

• 
  Ability to complete or willingness to train to complete a 300-yard swim, and 2 minutes of treading water

-Must be able to work Mon - Fri 3:00 - 8:00 pm weekdays, and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Sat and/or Sun

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
• Ability to adhere to a consistent weekly schedule
• Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills
• Ensure the safety of all participants in the swimming area
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding swimmers' progress

Experience

• Previous experience in swim instruction or coaching is preferred
• Certification in lifeguarding or CPR is a plus
• Experience in childcare or physical education is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role

Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
