Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching and love working with children and adults in a water environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements :

Must be eligible to work in the US
Swimming experience preferred
Ability to complete or willingness to train to complete a 300-yard swim, and 2 minutes of treading water
Must be able to work Mon - Fri 3 : 00 - 8 : 00 pm weekdays, and 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm Sat and / or Sun

Responsibilities

Instruct swimming lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels

Ability to adhere to a consistent weekly schedule

Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills

Ensure the safety of all participants in the swimming area

Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding swimmers' progress

Experience

Previous experience in swim instruction or coaching is preferred

Certification in lifeguarding or CPR is a plus

Experience in childcare or physical education is advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role

Job Type : Part-time or Full-Time

Pay : $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
