Key responsibilities:
Constant pool surveillance:
Continuously scan the pool area to identify potential hazards and swimmers in distress.
Enforce pool rules:Actively communicate and enforce pool safety regulations to swimmers and parents.
Emergency response:Immediately respond to emergencies by initiating rescues, administering first aid (including CPR if necessary), and notifying appropriate staff.
