Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role requires a blend of traditional serving duties with light bartending responsibilities, as we offer a selection of brunch cocktails, mimosas, Bloody Marys, and other beverages. Candidates must have at least one year of serving experience and some experience making drinks.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and brunch cocktails, including mimosas, Bloody Marys, and other light mixed drinks.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipe and served in compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area, including stocking service stations and light cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting (breakfast/brunch experience preferred).
- Some bartending experience or knowledge of basic cocktail preparation.
- Availability for early morning shifts, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (weekend availability required).
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old (required for alcohol service).
- Knowledge of NH liquor laws and proper alcohol handling (TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification will be required).
