- Build strong relationships with families, children, and staff
- Be a go-to leader for your team — coaching, mentoring, and jumping in when needed
- Ensure our center is a safe, nurturing space where kids love to learn
What You Bring
- Experience in early childhood education with a background in leadership or admin
- Strong understanding of state licensing regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A heart for team-building and positive center culture
- Reliable transportation to Jordan Creek, IA
