We are looking for an outstanding Regional Director that is caring, decisive, and detail oriented (you have to be when you're discussing days off with a teacher and a toddler is crawling on you!) You'll give our Directors and our Teachers opportunities to grow professionally within Yellow Brick Road all while creating success and being supported by a team of amazing local Directors and leaders!
Requirements
If you want to be a Regional Director with you will need to be able to:
- Be teacher and director qualified according to MN Rule 3 Guidelines
- Keep track of all licensing requirements both in the classrooms and in the school’s files
- Maintain strong staff and family rapport
- Be willing to lead by example, and jump in to a classroom for support if needed
- Pass a background check
- Understand Minnesota Licensing Rule 3
- Perform reviews and classroom observations regularly and in a timely manner
- Multitask and Time manage well
- Continue learning through every situation
- Have fun every day and encourage your teachers and students to make every day the best day yet!

- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a child care setting, both as a teacher and in administration
