As a Floating Assistant Teacher , you’ll bring energy, flexibility, and a nurturing spirit to support classrooms across our center. Whether you're helping infants settle in for nap time, leading a creative activity with preschoolers, or engaging school-age children in learning, every day brings something new!
What You’ll Do
- Rotate between classrooms, assisting with activities and lessons for all age groups
- Build strong connections with children, becoming a trusted and familiar presence
- Jump in where needed— leading small groups, supporting lead teachers, or offering one-on-one attention
- Keep the classroom environment engaging, safe, and fun for every child
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day
