At Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center , we’re searching for a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to guide children 18 months to 36 months through some of their most important developmental milestones. If you believe that every tiny step, word, and discovery is a leap toward the future, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead a classroom of toddlers, fostering a love for learning and exploration
- Design and implement engaging, play-based activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where toddlers thrive
- Partner with parents to communicate progress, achievements, and developmental milestones
- Mentor and support assistant teachers , helping create a cohesive, collaborative classroom
