What You Need

  • Meet Minnesota State Lead Teacher Requirements :

    • CDA Certification OR Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development

  • Required classroom hours
  • Passion for early childhood education and making learning exciting
  • Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate within your classroom
  • Reliable transportation to Burnsville, MN

  • Monday - Friday, No Weekends – Hello Work-Life Balance!
  • FT or PT : Late Morning – 6 PM
