Lead Teacher – Burnsville, MN

What Your Day Looks Like

Lead a vibrant, engaging classroom full of eager little learners
Turn everyday moments into fun, teachable experiences
Keep kids laughing, exploring, and thriving through play-based learning
Create a safe, positive space where children grow academically and socially

What You Need

Meet Minnesota State Lead Teacher Requirements :

CDA Certification OR Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development

Required classroom hours

Passion for early childhood education and making learning exciting

Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate within your classroom

Reliable transportation to Burnsville, MN

17 - $20 / hr (based on experience & education)

Monday - Friday, No Weekends – Hello Work-Life Balance!

FT or PT : Late Morning – 6 PM
