Job Description
The primary duties of this position involve configuring, installing, and training new clients in the successful use of our inventory management software. This is a continuous-movement role for people who enjoy building and teaching, with the gratification of hitting targets and achieving objectives for client success.
Specific duties include :
- Initial database buildouts & configurations
- Client trainings on core aspects of Yellow Dog Software
- Proactive communication with clients and collaboration with co-workers
- Solid verbal and written communication, ability to set and manage expectations
- Care to implement the best / right solution for each client
- Tracking and documenting activity in YD systems
- Delivering satisfied clients to Client Service team
- Regular overnight travel to client locations, some weekends
- Occasional on-call duties with bonus pay
