Yellow Dot is looking for a dynamic Residential New Construction (RNC) Field Supervisor to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Design and draw layouts with correct materials needed to install HVAC system in home.
- Assure jobs pass inspection according to area Inspections Dept. and Yellow Dot standards.
- Performs oversight on departmental installers, including quality check.
- Identify areas for personnel improvement, including training and safety.
- Develops plans and specifications for improvements in the efficiency and quality of heating and air-conditioning systems in area.
- Backup for field supervisors in other areas in their absence.
- Instill a mindset for team work among mechanics and helpers to attain department objectives.
- Attend weekly meetings with RNC manager as requested.
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Working knowledge of HVAC Systems
- Capable of learning new Energy specs and ways to install HVAC
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
- Valid Drivers License with a minimum of three years driving experience
