We are a locally owned and independently operated bakery and coffee shop brand, seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Bakery/Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the operations of multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee and ensure the consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure adequate stock for all locations.
- Control costs and manage budgets to optimize resources and meet financial targets.
Staff Management:
- Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff across all sites.
- Create staff rosters, ensuring efficient coverage and operations.
- Motivate and develop team members, focusing on performance and customer service.
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
- Ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience at all locations.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that aligns with our brand values.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and safety across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistently excellent products.
Communication and Leadership:
- Communicate effectively with staff and management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
