Your Impact: As a Leasing Agent, you will collaborate with our property management and marketing teams to implement strategic leasing initiatives. Your primary focus will be leasing and marketing, ensuring prospective residents find their perfect home while maintaining top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospects: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and text, and schedule property tours.
- Showcase the Community: Conduct in-person and virtual tours to highlight the unique features of our apartments.
- Drive Leasing Success: Educate prospects on the benefits of living at the community, process rental applications, and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain Market-Ready Homes: Ensure apartments meet company quality standards and conduct regular walkthroughs.
- Stay Competitive: Monitor market trends and provide pricing recommendations to the management team.
- Community Outreach: Develop employer relationships and local partnerships to attract prospective residents.
- Leverage Technology: Use Entrata and other property management software to track leads and streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year of leasing experience in multi-family properties.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn property management applications.
- Communication Expert: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
