Job Description : Job Description Job description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized imaging procedures, for setting up and adjusting related equipment and devices, and for maintaining related records under the direction of the Senior Imaging Staff. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and sonography, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.Operate imaging equipment effectively while ensuring high-quality images are obtained for interpretation by radiologists.Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging procedures performed, and any relevant medical history.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to discuss imaging results and contribute to patient care decisions.Stay current with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. RequirementsMust be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.). or registry eligible. If registry eligible, must pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire.1 year job related experience preferred.
