In this role, you will engage with the community through door-to-door outreach, promoting our initiatives and gathering valuable feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences will be essential in achieving our goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our programs and initiatives.
- Engage with residents, providing information and answering questions about our services.
- Collect data and feedback from the community to inform future outreach efforts.
- Utilize negotiation skills to encourage participation and support for our initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize effective canvassing techniques.
- Assist in local events.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to marketing and outreach efforts.
