Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Canvassing Manager to join our team. As the Canvassing Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading our door-to-door canvassing team, driving leads, and expanding Yellowball’s presence in the market. Your leadership and training will ensure that our team is effectively engaging homeowners and generating high-quality leads for our solar installation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to new and existing canvassing team members to improve their skills, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Lead Generation: Oversee the canvassing efforts to drive quality leads for Yellowball Roofing & Solar’s sales team.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to ensure consistent improvement and success.
- Goal Setting & Execution: Establish individual and team goals, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies that align with Yellowball’s growth objectives and market expansion.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with homeowners during the canvassing process to promote Yellowball’s services and address inquiries.
- Market Expansion: Help expand our footprint in new territories and neighborhoods by strategically placing canvassing teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing or leading a door-to-door sales or canvassing team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and lead generation through direct canvassing efforts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Experience in the solar or home improvement industry is a plus.

Pay: $11,100.00 - $28,000.00 per month
