Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Bar Back.

Job Summary:

As a Barback, you will support bartenders in delivering outstanding service by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and efficiency. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience for both staff and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock & Inventory: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes. Monitor inventory levels and alert managers to shortages.
• Cleanliness: Wash glassware, sanitize surfaces, empty trash, and adhere to health regulations.
• Bartender Support: Prepare garnishes (e.g., citrus slices), refill ice, and assist with drink delivery during peak hours.
• Setup/Breakdown: Arrange bar equipment before service and clean thoroughly post-shift.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally deliver drinks, check IDs, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Compliance: Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Must meet local age requirements for alcohol handling (e.g., 18 or 21 ).
• Positive attitude and reliability.
