Yellowstone Club’s Development department is currently seeking candidates for a Construction Quality Manager.
The purpose of the Construction Quality Manager is to assist in the daily operations of the Village Core Project for the Vertical Development department, specifically the Core & Shell and then moving to interior tenant improvement of custom condos.

Yellowstone Club’s Development department is currently seeking candidates for a Construction Quality Manager.
The purpose of the Construction Quality Manager is to assist in the daily operations of the Village Core Project for the Vertical Development department, specifically the Core & Shell and then moving to interior tenant improvement of custom condos.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage specified construction work in accordance with engineer/architect’s plans, county/state regulations, and other specifications.
- Work with Owners and General Contractors to ensure quality of materials, install and schedule.
- Monitor construction activities and quality testing to verify schedules and look for gaps in procedures.
- Consult with the design team related to modification of plans & project scope to improve overall project design.
- Study specifications and performs field inspections of construction activity to verify compliance with the contract documents.
- Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.
- Prepare, or receive from design team, reports on progress and materials used as indicated and manage all quality reports.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and ensure teamwork within project organization, utilizing the resources needed to drive quality and value to our clients.
- Train other employees on the QA/QC process.
- Represent the Company through professionalism, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience for complex commercial, vertical construction projects or large-scale master planned developments
- 5 years experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
