Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure every Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet and acknowledge Members and guests, maintaining high service standards and demonstrating strong knowledge of Club offerings.
- Represent Yellowstone Club with pride and professionalism, ensuring all interactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.Understand and adhere to all property safety and security procedures to create a secure environment for team members, Members, and guests.
- Respond appropriately in emergencies, including seeking medical attention if necessary and notifying supervisors or Human Resources.
- Foster a positive and respectful working relationship with Yellowstone Club team members to promote a supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the success of your department by actively working on tasks and projects defined in the internship plan.
- Participate in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to team efforts.
- Assist with Member and guest interactions, ensuring service standards are upheld.
- Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to assigned duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Perform tasks in accordance with Club policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise throughout the internship.
- Converse with Members and guests in a hospitable and professional manner.
- Be accessible to Members and guests to address their needs throughout their visit.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure Member and guest expectations are met.
- Uphold standards for quality, privacy, customer service, and Club culture.
- Assist with special requests, event support, or project coordination as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance and adhere to Club policies on professional conduct.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club in all interactions.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Currently enrolled as a college or university student receiving internship credit.
- Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, and staff.
- Basic knowledge of technology.
- Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors, and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
- Able to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.
