Yellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Massage Therapist for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are May - September.
The purpose of the Massage Therapist is to provide professional body treatments for therapeutic purposes as well as recommends individualized body treatments for Members and guests of Yellowstone Club.

Experience/Education Required
Education

A current license to perform massage issued by the State of Montana or an Esthetics or Cosmetology License issued by the Montana State Board.
Experience/Education Preferred
At least two - four years in a public contact position.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid State Driver’s License
Computer Skills
Able to perform basic computer skills and willing to be trained on specific spa, salon & fitness software.
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.

- Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

- Responsible for being knowledgeable in regard to all Spa services, pricing, and other services provided by the YC Spa.
- Professionally exhibit proper etiquette with guests in compliance with the terminology dictated by the spa management, being particularly sensitive to guest comfort level and draping procedures.
- Enthusiastically serve guests in a timely manner, while implementing proper service standards.
- Practice all sanitation and safety guidelines provided by both the Department of Health, State Board and the Spa.
- Proactively maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the Spa, Salon & Fitness Center.
- Professionally perform all services, tailoring each results oriented treatment to the specific guest, while providing every guest with consistent ingredients and techniques outlined in the treatment protocols.
- Consistently provide guests with the requested information concerning their needs, guiding them through the treatment process, ensuring they are comfortable with each step.
- Possess an ability to effectively recommend home care.
- Efficiently perform room setup and presentation of service to the guest.
- Practice techniques that encourage client retention and advance bookings and recommendations for effective homecare and home maintenance.
- Recommend retail products for in-home use.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
