Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely. You will also use the latest industry technology to manage your team, schedule crews, calculate and track hours, and meet with clients proactively and regularly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related major preferred
• Relevant experience in the landscaping industry
