The Opportunity
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead HR strategy and talent initiatives across our California market . This high-impact role will drive talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce planning . Reporting to our Florida-based Vice President of Human Resources , you will collaborate with senior leaders to shape a people-first culture that fuels business growth .
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top industry professionals.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees , ensuring a strong leadership pipeline through strategic succession planning.
- Partner with operations leaders to build and strengthen team culture , fostering engagement and retention at all levels.
- Support college recruiting and internship programs , positioning Yellowstone as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
- Support H-2B Visa workforce planning to ensure seamless seasonal workforce integration.
- Provide proactive employee relations guidance , coaching managers on best practices to drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Champion leadership development by identifying training needs and implementing impactful learning and development programs .
- Influence a culture of safety by embedding safety as a core value and empowering teams to take ownership of best practices.
- Oversee performance management , helping managers deliver impactful feedback and career development opportunities.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform business strategies.
