About the Role
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Landscape Laborers to join our team. As a landscape professional, you will work collaboratively with other crew members, receive guidance from a Crew Leader, and report directly to an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawn appearance by trimming turf.
- Enhance property aesthetics through various tasks such as weed removal, watering, trash disposal, trimming, edging, pruning, hedging, and debris clearing using diverse landscape equipment.
- Ensure trucks and equipment are clean and operational.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Interact with homeowners, clients, and the public in a courteous and respectful manner.

Requirements:
- Licensed to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
- A safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are advantageous.
