**About the Role**
We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion in our Enhancement division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Enhancement activities, ensuring crew members have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools to complete jobs safely.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Enhancement activities and ensure crew members operate safely.
- Complete pre-trip inspection reports each day.
- Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment and use installation tools as required.
- Safely drive crews to and from jobs while adhering to our Safety Policy and ensuring public safety.
Requirements
- Experience managing a crew providing landscaping installation or related services.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
- Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
