Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers while maintaining company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
- Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement.
